Electrostatic discharge (ESD) is the release of static electricity when two objects come into contact. Familiar examples of ESD include the shock we receive when we walk across a carpet and touch a metal doorknob and the static electricity we feel from clothes coming out of the dryer. Lightning is also electrostatic discharge.
At the basic level an electrostatic discharge device (ESD) is anything that can be used in a static-sensitive work environment, such as a production floor, dust control room, or table, chair, cart, shelf with the standard installation of ground wire, ground wire is intended to enhance the safety of using electricity, for example, if there is a leakage from electrical appliances. This leakage current will flow to the ground through the ground wire (rather than flowing through our bodies) in case of accidental contact and the ground wire doesn’t just protect the user from an electric shock. In some cases, the ground wire can also help deal with interference.
The material companies that provide ESD-safe materials on
Exact Design&Tooling.Co.,Ltd. have tested their materials extensively, including the competence of the laboratory and the permission to use the material. To ensure that customers receive safe every lot mixing materials with the correct electrostatic discharge (ESD) properties before injection molding. Materials that are injection molded under the EXACT brand are therefore quality materials and durable to use. Longer term of use than others.
Anti-static chair used in cleanroom any class, Side trolley bumper rubber, Plastic tray, Casters 3″, 4″, 5″. All of these equipment are all injected with high quality materials mixed with carbon fiber and carbon nanotubes anti-static grades (PC, PP and TPU) and Custom sheet metal fabrication services.
