In 1997, Exact Design and Tooling Co., Ltd. was launched to manufacture plastic injection molds and provide procurement services for spare parts. Consumables from abroad and within the country for use within industrial plants.
In 2011, a new product line was added: anti-static products for the industrial sector.

From the commitment to develop product quality We have passed quality tests from many institutions until they are accepted for sale to industrial factories in the country and for export. Our work is part of helping to reduce the import of products from abroad that have a higher cost than what we currently produce.

Our specialty

All of our products are actually tested by central institutes and testing rooms directly from customer factories, such as:

• Test results for measuring the resistance-electrical conductivity of the workpiece (ESD Material Qualification)
• Passed the test for contaminants in the work piece. (Contamination Product Qualification)
• Passed the test from a humidity controlled room. The period of conditioning must not be less than 50 hours (ANSI/ESD STM12.1-2019)
